Our returns policy for this outlet store is charge credit within 30 days.  After 30 days items can be returned for store credit. We offer credit for items purchased online at www.shoezoo.us or in our Minneapolis store.

If you are not sure about sizing use our handy size chart to measure your child's foot and email the measurement to us at info@shoezoo.us.
